Robyn A. Crigger – As CEO of Compass Career Management Solutions, OI Partners, Inc. of Charlotte, NC, Robyn Crigger is responsible for the daily management of the business and staff, development and implementation of marketing and advertising programs, coordination of financial matters with the CFO, develops some programs/services, selects/screens and does some training of potential consultants, and provides some counseling to displaced candidates and spouses as well as some management training.

Robyn has spoken at conferences and professional organizations addressing employers' human resource issues and to business groups regarding professional development.Her educational background includes Elementary Education at both Marshall University and West Virginia University.

Robyn represents her firm at Charlotte Chamber events, NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners), and was 2004 and 2005 Chairperson of National Business Women's Week.She is a member of the Metropolitan Business and Professional Women's group, the Charlotte Economic Club, and The Employers Association.Robyn is Chairperson of the Benefits Committee, which places her on the Aldersgate Board of Directors.Robyn is also a member of Providence United Methodist Church, where she is a Stephen Minister (confidential Christian Caregiver to those in crisis).

Bill Crigger – Bill Crigger has more than twenty-five years of Human Resource experience in the retail grocery and distribution fields.In partnership with his wife Robyn, Bill co-found and manages a human resource consulting firm specializing in corporate outplacement change management and career development (1994).Pertinent prior work experience includes:Vice President, Human Resources, Eagle Food Centers, Milan, IL; Director of Training, Food Marketing Institute, Washington, DC; and The Kroger Company – Charlotte, NC and Atlanta GA.Bill is the President and Managing Partner of Compass Career Management Solutions.
